    Due to overwhelming interest, culminating @Le Web, given a delay in our anticipated Android Launch & the fact that we would prefer to attract investors also from Brazil &/or Russian &/or Qatar to join this syndicated round, we have decided to extend this fundraising process till Feb. 10th, 2012.

    As a result of numerous conversations and negotiations the transaction is now priced with more objectivity and precision.
